🏈 High School Football Training – All Positions (QB, RB, WR, OL, DL, LB, DB)
Take your game to the next level with our elite High School Football Training Program designed for serious athletes who want to improve technique, athleticism, and game IQ at their specific position.
Led by VI Raiders Head Coach Shawn Arabsky and current VI Raider players, this program delivers position-specific technical development for:
- 🧠 Quarterbacks – footwork, mechanics, timing, reads
- 💨 Running Backs – vision, footwork, protection
- 👐 Wide Receivers – route running, releases, catching
- 🛡️ Offensive Linemen – pass sets, hand placement, leverage
- 💥 Defensive Linemen – get-off, hand fighting, gap control
- 🧠 Linebackers – reads, pursuit angles, coverage drops
- 🛑 Defensive Backs – backpedal, man/zone coverage, ball skills

4 Week Youth Football Skill Camp
Caged Football’s 4-Week Youth Skill Camp is back!
This indoor program is designed for athletes in Grades 2–7 who want to develop football fundamentals, build confidence, and compete in a fun, positive environment. Each session includes individual skill development, position-specific coaching, and fast-paced gameplay to help athletes level up no matter their experience level.
The camp runs Wednesdays from 5:30–7:00 PM at Arbutus Meadows Indoor Turf, from November 26 – December 17, and costs $150 + tax. Spots are limited to ensure strong instruction and a great camp experience.
