We’re proud to be the official training partner of the Mid Island Pirates and VI Raiders, delivering elite athletic development to Vancouver Island’s top baseball and football talent. Our programs integrate cutting-edge laser timing systems and vertical jump technology to track progress, monitor performance, and build custom player profiles for each athlete.

From strength and power to speed and explosiveness, every session is designed to maximize athletic potential. We combine tech-driven insights with expert coaching to give athletes the tools they need to compete at the next level.

Training Programs

CAGED Summer Performance Camp in Nanaimo

The CAGED Summer Performance Camp is a 4-week youth athletic development program in Nanaimo designed to help athletes build strength, improve speed, and develop football skills before the season. Running July 13 to August 10, this program includes football training, speed camp, and strength training for athletes in Grades 2–7 and Grades 8–12. Lifting sessions take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM at Wildewood Training Centre, 3064 Barons Road, while football training and speed sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Harewood Football Turf next to Barsby Secondary School. Football training is split by age group, with Grades 2–7 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM and Grades 8–12 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, followed by Speed Camp from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM. The speed camp and strength training sessions are open to athletes from all sports, not just football players, making this a great option for any athlete looking to run faster, move better, and improve overall performance. Families can choose the number of sessions that works best for their schedule and pay based on how many sessions they attend per week, up to 6 sessions per week. Please note there is no session on August 3, and the final session will be Monday, August 10.

Speed Camp – Get Faster This Spring

Caged Athletics Speed Camp is a high-performance training program designed to help young athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident in their movement. Over 8 structured sessions, athletes will develop sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and overall athletic efficiency using proven speed training methods used at the highest levels of sport. Sessions are coached in a high-energy, competitive, and supportive environment that challenges athletes while building proper technique and habits. This program runs Mondays  April 22 - June 15 at Comox Field 400 Campbell St (no session May 19), from 6:00–7:00 PM. The total cost is $210, with payment plans available. Spots are limited to ensure high-quality coaching and attention for every athlete.
