Nanaimo Adult Flag Football

The Spring Adult Flag Football League brings fast-paced, competitive 5v5 Olympic-style flag football to Harewood Turf East this spring. Designed for adult players of all experience levels, the league offers Elite and Recreation divisionsto ensure balanced, competitive matchups every week.

Games are played primarily on Sunday mornings, with two Friday Night Lights sessions added for a high-energy showcase atmosphere. Whether you’re entering with a full team or signing up as an individual, this league provides a structured, competitive environment focused on quality play and great game-day experience.

Game Times:
Sundays at 10:00 AM, 11:15 AM, or 12:30 PM
Friday Night Games: May 8 & May 22 (6:00–10:00 PM)

Registration Options:

• Team Registration: $950 + GST
• Individual Registration: $150 + GST
• Payment plans available

Early Bird Bonus:
The first three teams to register receive $50 off team registration.

All games are played on the indoor turf at Arbutus Meadows, offering a fast, fun, and competitive environment led by VI Raiders players and coaches.

Mondays (Nov 24, Dec 1, 8, 15, 22, 29)

• Atoms: 5:00 – 6:00 PM
• Peewees: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
• Jr. Bantams: 7:00 – 8:00 PM or 8:00 – 9:00 PM (team-specific)

Tuesdays (Nov 25, Dec 2, 9, 16, 30, Jan 6)

• Bantams: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
• Midgets: 8:00 – 9:00 PM

• We’re using the same reversible jerseys from the summer league.
• If you need a jersey, they’re available for $25.
• Players should wear cleats (no metal) and bring a water bottle each week.

Every player will be coached by VI Raiders players and coaches, bringing top-level knowledge, mentorship, and energy to each session.
