At Caged Athletics, we offer a dynamic 6-week athletic workout program designed to challenge kids of all ages and skill levels. Our program is divided into two age groups: younger athletes (6-12) and older athletes (13-18), ensuring that each participant receives age-appropriate training to maximize their development.
For Younger Athletes (Ages 6-12): This fun and engaging program focuses on building a strong foundation for overall athleticism. Over the 6 weeks, kids will develop coordination, balance, flexibility, and agility through interactive drills and games. We prioritize injury prevention and proper movement patterns. Kids will gain confidence as they improve strength, speed, and endurance, all while learning to enjoy exercise and healthy habits.
For Older Athletes (Ages 13-18): This advanced program is tailored to build strength, speed, power, and endurance, preparing athletes for more intense training and competition. Over six weeks, participants will work on explosive movements, speed drills, resistance training, and agility to enhance performance. Focus is placed on developing proper lifting techniques, building endurance, and improving athletic conditioning.
