Summer Shooting Clinic

Caged Athletics is excited to announce the Summer Shooting Clinic, a 4-session lacrosse development program running this June and July 2026 at Harewood Sports Court.

This clinic brings together Andrew Bowman, Matt Boas, and Ethan Gordon for focused shooting instruction designed to help athletes improve their mechanics, accuracy, release, shot power, confidence, and finishing ability.

All bookings have been confirmed with the city, and registration is now open.

Cost: $100 + GST per athlete
Format: 4 sessions per age group

Time: 5:00–6:00 PM

The Summer Shooting Clinic is built for athletes who want to take the next step in their development. Players will receive focused coaching, quality repetitions, and detailed instruction in a competitive and supportive training environment.

Athletes will work on shot mechanics, release, accuracy, power, finishing, and shooting in game-like situations.
